Welcome to Huntingtower School, a community where kindness, belonging and belief in human potential shape learning and inspire growth.

Always be kind in all ways

At Huntingtower, people matter. We are proud of a warm and values-led culture where kindness, respect and authentic relationships shape daily life. Grounded in our Christian Science foundation, we believe every individual possesses unique potential and deserves to feel known, supported and encouraged to thrive.

Whether in the classroom, through co-curricular life or behind the scenes, our staff contribute to a community built on collaboration, reflection and a shared commitment to helping young people flourish. Staff are supported not only to grow professionally, but also to feel genuinely connected, valued and inspired in their work.

Many staff build long and rewarding careers at Huntingtower because they feel connected to the school's purpose, supported by their colleagues and inspired by the difference they make each day.

For many, it is this combination of belonging, purpose and genuine care that makes Huntingtower such a special place to work.

What makes Huntingtower so special, for me, is our people. There is a warmth and generosity here that is difficult to capture in words. You feel it in the relationships people build, the way colleagues support one another and the genuine care they bring to our community every day. From a People and Culture perspective, I feel incredibly fortunate to see those connections grow across the School. We want our people to feel valued for who they are and the contribution they make, while having opportunities to learn, grow and build meaningful and rewarding careers with us. What I am most proud of is that our culture is not created by any one person, program or initiative. It is shaped every day by our people, through the kindness they show, the purpose they share and the difference they make. It is these everyday moments that reflect what is at the heart of Huntingtower and I feel incredibly privileged to help nurture our culture and be a part of the next chapter of our story.

Mrs Simone Nuroo

Director of People & Culture

At Huntingtower, we believe every individual has unique potential and deserves to feel known, valued and supported. Our Christian Science foundation encourages us to approach education with optimism, compassion and a deep belief in what each person can become. Guided by our values of Kindness, Respect and Excellence, we strive to create a community where people genuinely care for one another, where learning is purposeful and where students and staff are encouraged to challenge themselves, contribute and thrive. What makes Huntingtower special is not only our educational programs and beautiful environment, but the quality of the relationships within our community. It is our people who bring our values to life each day, creating a culture of belonging and meaningful connection while encouraging every student to make a positive contribution to the world around them.
