DIFFERENT EXPERIENCES

From early on, both Junior and Senior School students have access to a wide range of devices and operating systems, including iPads, desktop PCs, laptops and Apple Macs. All students experience a range of existing and emerging technologies - from basic word processing to robotics, programming, virtual and augmented reality, video editing and more.

In addition to school-provided computers and iPads, there are two 1:1 technology programs in place at Huntingtower:

IPAD PROGRAM

Students from Years 4 - 9 love our iPad Program where each student is provided with an iPad for school use. The iPad offers different methods of education not available on a traditional laptop and an extra level of creativity – both important aspects of Upper Junior and Middle Years schooling.

BYOD PROGRAM

To facilitate the best academic and VCE outcomes, students in Years 10 - 12 bring their own Windows or Apple laptop to school (the Bring Your Own Device program).
